For criminal matters, I work on a flat fee basis through pre-trial.
These fees are paid at the beginning of representation. If you decide that your needs will be better met through a trial,
I then work on an hourly basis.
For family law and civil litigation matters, I request an initial
retainer that is held in trust. Every month, the retainer will need to be replenished. At the conclusion of your
case, the unearned portion will be returned to you.
